- Guntur vs Byadagi — which should I buy?
- Teja / Sannam for heat and volume. Byadagi when the buyer wants deep red colour and low pungency (often Europe / oleoresin). They are different varieties — do not substitute on a locked spec.
- Can fresh chilli go by sea from Mumbai?
- Fresh green chilli is air or short reefer. Dry chilli can move by sea from JNPT or Gujarat ports. Mixing those two on one quote is a credibility problem.
- Is Bhopal a chilli growing cluster?
- No. The MP growing desk is Khargone / Bediya. Bhopal is a trade and HQ desk that can source Khargone lots.
